The budget includes over $2 billion in tax relief for Georgia taxpayers and homeowners.
The bill states that Georgia citizens have an “inherent right to use non-navigable streams solely for the purpose of passage.”

Individuals will be able to pay for traffic citations, school bus arm violations, probation fees, fines and restitution for cases that do not require a court appearance.
